Royal Supreme Court Celestial Of Justice

The Undersigned Supreme Judge Honorable Of The Saint And Sacred Court Celestial Military Prison In Use Of My Attributions Like Maximum Judicial Authority Of The Universe.

It Decrees

1.-  To Take The Control For This Sacred Real Supreme Court Of Celestial Justice, Of Celestial Military Penal Character, As Maximum Judicial Organ Of The Universe, As Property Of The Celestial Monarchy In All The Companies,: Trade And Industries, Small, Medium, Big Industries, 50% Of The Patrimony Corresponding To The Same Ones As Property Of The Celestial Monarchic Government In The Whole Universe For Contempt To The Judicial Decision Of Date October Of 30, 07 Judicial Decision Against The Trade And The Industries For Their Escape Of Taxes And/Or Payments To The Celestial Monarchy Or Celestial Crown.

2.-  50% Of The Economic Goods In Officially Legal Currency Becomes Property Of The Universal Celestial Monarchic Government's Patrimony, Of All Company And Trade According To The Present Judicial Decision Without Any Delay So Punishes The Nonfulfillment To This Measure.

3.- The Nonfulfillment To That Exposed In The Ordinal One Previous It Punishes Him With The Total Extinction Of The Property In Hands Of The Managers And Merchants, 50% Officially. And Who Should Complete The Decreed Measure With 50% Of Their Property In Their Power Of Which You/They Should Maintain The Execution From The Economic Contributions To The Celestial Monarchic Government To Which You/They Should Recognize As Only Government I Legitimate And Officially Constituted Legally By The Present R.S.C.C.J. Through The Law Fundacional Of The K.T.G.P.E.A.R.

4.- The Nonfulfillment Of Both (2) Numerals Previous It Produces The Total Extinction Of The Domain Of The Companies And Trade To Their Coproprietors Of This Companies And Trade And They Pass In Their Entirety To The Celestial Monarchic State Who To Their You See It Will Have Mutual Agreement With The Same Ones If They Continue To The Front Of This Companies And Trade Like Employees Of The Same Ones Or They Retire And They Surrender From The Administration To The State Of The K.T.G.P.E.A.R.

5.-  Is Equally Forced For This Judicial Decision Of The Celestial Court To Contribute All The Managers And Merchants With All The Diligences That This Measures Take Place To The Celestial Monarchic State For Contempt To The Judicial Measures Of The Maximum Judicial Organ Of The Universe In Defense Of The Goods And Right Property Of The Universal Celestial Monarchic Government After The Official Abolition Of All The Political Governments And Their States Called Countries In A Single State In The Planet Earth Who You/They Fuse In Single 200 States In The Law Fundacional Of The K.T.G.P.E.A.R.

6.- It Is Officially Grateful For This Judicial Decision Of The R.S.C.C.J., Maximum Judicial Organism Of The Universe That Dates All Company Starting From The Present And Trade Belongs Him 50% To The Celestial Monarchic State As Property Patrimony Of The Same One, This Includes Facilities, Vehicles, Machineries, Matter Prevails In Existence, Final Products To The I Publish, Furniture And Properties, And Money Cash, Bill Of Savings Or Average Bills.

7. - The Total Extinction Of The Domain Of The Companies And Trade Will Be Carried Out Annexing The Document Of Property From Each Judged Company To A Copy Of The Present Judicial Decision And An Elaborated Records Of The Carried Out Diligence In Execution Of The Numeral Present.

Decisión Judicial Sobre Extinción De Dominio De Empresas Y Comercios

Que No Se Han Puesto A Derecho Con El Estado Monárquico Celestial Según Decisión De Fecha  07 De Octubre Del 30

      El Suscrito Juez Supremo De La Honorable, Santa Y Sagrada Corte Penal Militar Celestial En Uso De Mis Atribuciones Como Máxima Autoridad Judicial Del Universo.

Decreta

1.-  Tomar El Control Por Esta Sagrada Real Suprema Corte De Justicia Celestial, De Carácter Penal Militar Celestial, Como Máximo Órgano Judicial del Universo, Como Propiedad De La Monarquía Celestial En Todas Las Empresas,: Comercios E Industrias, Pequeñas, Medianas, Grandes Industrias, El 50% Del Patrimonio Correspondiente A Las Mismas Como Propiedad Del Gobierno Monárquico Celestial En Todo El Universo Por Desacato A La Decisión Judicial De Fecha 07 De Octubre De 30, Decisión Judicial Contra El Comercio Y Las Industrias  Por Su Evasión De Contribuciones Y/O Pagos A La Corona Celestial O Monarquía Celestial.

2.-  El 50% De Los Bienes Económicos En Moneda Oficialmente Legal Pasan A Ser Propiedad Del Patrimonio Del Gobierno Monárquico Celestial Universal, De Toda Empresa Y Comercio Según La Presente Decisión Judicial Sin Ninguna Dilación So Pena El Incumplimiento A Dicha Medida.

3.-  El Incumplimiento A Lo Expuesto En El Numeral Anterior Lo Castiga Con La Extinción Total De La Propiedad En Manos De Los Empresarios Y Comerciantes, El 50% Oficialmente. Y Quienes Deben Cumplir La Medida Decretada Con El 50% De Su Propiedad En Su Poder De La Cual Deben Mantener El Cumplimiento De Las Contribuciones Económicas Al Gobierno Monárquico Celestial Al Cual Deben Reconocer Como Único Gobierno Legitimo Y Oficialmente Constituido Legalmente Por La Presente R.S.C.C.J. A Través De La Ley Fundacional Del R.U.D.P.E.A.R.

4.-   El Incumplimiento De Los Dos (2) Numerales Anteriores Produce La Extinción Total Del Dominio De Las Empresas Y Comercios A Sus Copropietarios De Dichas Empresas Y Comercios Y Pasan En Su Totalidad Al Estado Monárquico Celestial, Quien A Su Ves Dispondrá De Mutua Acuerdo Con Los Mismos Si Continúan Al Frente De Dichas Empresas Y Comercios Como Empleados De Las Mismas O Se Retiran Y Entregan de La Administración Al Estado Del R.U.D.P.E.A.R.

5.-  Queda Igualmente Obligados Por Esta Decisión Judicial De La Corte Celestial A Contribuir Todos  Los Empresarios Y Comerciantes Con Todas Las Diligencias Que Dichas Medidas Produzcan Al Estado Monárquico Celestial Por Desacato A Las Medidas Judiciales Del Máximo Órgano Judicial Del Universo En Defensa De Los Bienes Y Derechos Propiedad Del Gobierno Monárquico Celestial Universal Tras La Abolición Oficial De Todos Los Gobiernos Políticos Y Sus Estados Llamados Países En Un Solo Estado En El Planeta Tierra, Quienes Se Fusionan En Solo 200 Estados En La Ley Fundacional del R.U.D.P.E.A.R.

6.- Queda Oficialmente Reconocido Por Esta Decisión Judicial De La R.S.C.C.J., Máximo Organismo Judicial Del Universo, Que A Partir De La Presente Fecha Toda Empresa Y Comercio Le Pertenece El 50% Al Estado Monárquico Celestial Como Propiedad Patrimonio Del Mismo, Esto Incluye Instalaciones, Vehículos, Maquinarias, Materia Prima En Existencia,  Productos Finales Al Publico, Muebles E Inmuebles, Y Dinero En Efectivo, Cuenta De Ahorros O Cuentas Corrientes.

7.-  La Extinción Total Del Dominio De Las Empresas Y Comercios Se Realizará Anexando El Documento De Propiedad De Cada Empresa Juzgada A Un Ejemplar De La Presente Decisión Judicial Y A Un Acta Elaborada De La Diligencia Realizada En Cumplimiento Del Presente Numeral.
